We hired Richard and his crew to replace our driveway several years ago. This year, we also had him and his crew install cedar 6 feet tall fence in our large backyard. There was some additional cleaning up that needed to be done during that project. Richard gladly completed that part for a very reasonable price. We plan on hiring him again for some future projects. I had about 4000 sq/ft Driveway installed. Richard from Construction R Us also removed about 800 sq/ft. of old concrete. I had some different curves and additional parking added also. Richard was very easy to deal with and understood what I wanted. I was so pleased that we added sidewalks and patio to the job. WOW what a great look it made. Richard and company was great. Job was completed with awesome quality overcoming concrete delivery challenges. We surely recommend to anyone for concrete works.

We did some preliminary work by digging and shaping a new driveway area as specified by city and designed by architect. Richie and his crew came in and finished cutting and digging driveway according to specifications. They removed and replaced existing walkway to front and back of house. They cut the street curb and sidewalk areas, removed and hauled away all old concrete. Preliminary and final inspection by City of Seattle and Department of Transportation passed. All cleanup work was completed. Money well spent at a reasonable price.
